Race and Ethnicity Film Series: “Allah Made Me Funny”

This landmark film in concert follows three acclaimed Muslim comedians on stage and off as they present their comedy show throughout the country and share the humorous truth of what it’s like to be Muslim in America. Comedians Mo Amer, Azhar Usman, and Preacher Moss poke fun at themselves, their communities, and human nature – inviting the audience to connect with their experiences of living in post-9/11 America.

Location: Caron Theater at Medford High School, 489 Winthrop St.
Presented by The Medford Film Collaborative in partnership with Medford High’s Arab Club and Tuft University ‘s Interfaith Center.

This screening and discussion is being presented by the Collaborative in conjunction with the Project, Faith and Film Program,, Medford High’s Arabic Club and Tuft University ‘s Interfaith Center, as part of a four film series on Race and Ethnicity in Medford and Beyond. Each film will be followed by a facilitated discussion.
