We join Cache in the Arts Across Medford’s theme of “Transformation” with a 2005 award winning film that tackles transgender issues.

The film’s protagonist has just been approved for male-to-female gender reassignment surgery only to find out that she had fathered a son seventeen years ago. In the midst of her own physical transformation, she must delve headlong into a complete transformation – mind, body and spirit.

Come witness this beautiful film and discuss with us how it is that we are all trying to make the most of life, finding out where all the pieces fit in the puzzle of life. Nominated for an Oscar and Screen Actor Guild for Best Performance by an Actress and won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama Rated 76% Fresh at Rotten Tomatoes
