SUMMARY:Sunday Soul Circle: Blessing Beyond the Circle
DESCRIPTION:For six Sundays\, we have been practicing the sacred work of ending. We made room. We remembered. We received what remains. We gave thanks without grasping. We opened our hands and released. This Sunday\, we arrive at the final movement: We bless. \nBlessing is not pretending that we are finished grieving or that endings do not hurt. Blessing is what love can become when it no longer tries to hold on. In one of the final scenes of Luke’s Gospel\, Jesus lifts his hands and blesses his friends even as he is leaving them. Perhaps that is one of the deepest gifts we can offer one another at a threshold: I cannot keep you or control what comes next\, but I can bless you on your way. \nThis Sunday marks our final Soul Circle. Together\, we will remember the blessings we have received\, speak blessing over one another\, and honor the sacred space this circle has made among us. Come with your memories\, your open hands\, and whatever blessing is waiting in you to be given. \nSanctuary UCC Sunday Spiritual Circle – for prayer\, care\, reflection\, and connection. \n~~~~ \nWendy Miller Olapade – 617.592.5853 is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. \nJoin Zoom Meeting\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/82882360638?pwd=C3PlBa13j4w2dvjKgANZM9eqpUbMaa.1 \nMeeting ID: 828 8236 0638\nPasscode: 651686 \nDial by your location\n• +1 301 715 8592 US (Washington DC)\n• +1 305 224 1968 US \nMeeting ID: 828 8236 0638\nPasscode: 651686 \nFind your local number: https://us02web.zoom.us/u/kc1XnzubHD \n──────────
