Hillside Church Council/Sanctuary Board Joint Meeting

This meeting is onsite only and will be facilitated by Revs Tom and Wendy.


Topics include:


1. A shared understanding of “why we are better together.” 
2. An initial pass at how we might achieve 
      a) a balanced budget for the merged congregation, 
      b) what the model and implications are for mission, ministries, and staff, and 
     c) what the journey to a merged/single congregation would require, including a possible timeline, additional resources required for both discernment and implementation, and proposed next step(s).

We expect that the steps to follow this initial joint meeting will take place with the support of an outside facilitator to guide discussion and discernment, will allow for hybrid or online meetings, and will not include the staff.
