Kashawna Harling, Program Leadership

Kashawna Harling is a community leader and youth champion who believes every young person deserves a safe, fun, and welcoming space to grow. With a background in city leadership, equity work, and youth programs, she’s excited to lead this summer’s am2pm program in Medford. Kash has been with am2pm for several years and is also the lead facilitator of Sanctuary’s OWL program.

Kashawna brings heart, creativity, and care to everything she does—and she can’t wait to create unforgettable moments with AM2PM youth and families this summer!

Nate Rubright, Program Leadership

Nate is a college minister with Sojourn Collegiate Ministry and has been working with students and young adults in Camberville for the past 10 years. He brings a diverse background as a former chemical engineer and holds an MDIV from Harvard Divinity School. He is a strong believer in how active social justice allows individuals to co-create their experience in the community.
Nate loves to be outside, play sports, and is always ready to talk about the last game.

Kourtni Patten, Program Leadership

Kourtni Brown is a dedicated youth minister with a creative flair and a passion for fostering spiritual and practical growth in young people. With a background in church ministry and hospital chaplaincy, Kourtni is excited to join the AM2PM program as a facilitator. Having worked with young people in both ministry and service settings, Kourtni is committed to helping youth discover the deeper purpose of service and how it connects to their own spiritual journey, fosters personal growth, and builds community with one another.

Kourtni brings a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and energy to their work, and is eager to engage with youth and families this summer to make an impact that lasts beyond the program.
