Final Worship and Celebration Dinner
By now, you have likely learned that the Congregational Church of West Medford, dba Sanctuary United Church of Christ, is in the Legacy Journey and will bring our mission and ministry to a close next month. Our final act of public ministry will be a closing worship service and celebration dinner to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026. We hope that you, your family (including children), friends, and neighbors will join us as we celebrate all that the church has been to the city of Medford and to those who have joined us along the way. This invitation is extended to all – members, friends, colleagues, former parishioners, partner organizations, guests who have enjoyed our ministries, those who have appreciated what the church has meant to the community, and those who have not.
In other words – ALL are invited and welcome to join us as we remember, honor, grieve, and celebrate 154 years of faithful ministry and mission in Medford.

3:00 – 5:00 PM @ Shiloh Baptist Church, 1 Holton St, Medford
Final Worship & Music, including

5:30 – 8:00 PM @ St. Raphael’s Parish Center, 512 High Street, Medford
Celebration Dinner, including
–Cocktails, Hors d’oeuvres, Dinner, Dessert
–Program of Celebration & Sharing Legacy
