Sunday Soul Circle: Caring – Love With It’s Sleeves Rolled Up

Trying asked: Can I begin, even when I’m not sure I can?
Noticing asked: Can I become awake enough to see what is here?
Caring asks: Now that I see, what will I do with what I have seen?

This Sunday, we continue our journey through Kobi Yamada’s Mentor series with Caring, a beautiful invitation to consider the difference one person can make simply by choosing to care. Caring begins when something, or someone, matters enough for us to lean in, pay attention, make an effort, and offer what we can.

Scripture reminds us, “Let us love, not in word or speech, but in truth and action.”  (1 John 3:18) Together we’ll reflect on the people, places, hopes, and needs that have our hearts right now, and wonder what love might be asking of us. Not necessarily something grand. Perhaps simply one small act of presence, courage, generosity, or care.

Because caring is more than a feeling. It is love becoming visible. And sometimes the smallest act of care reaches farther than we will ever know. Join us Sunday morning for Soul Circle as we ask: What has your heart right now, and what might caring ask of you?
