SoulCollage® Mini-Retreat w/Suzanne O’Neil, certified facilitator

April 29, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

About this Workshop/Mini-Retreat with certified SoulCollage® facilitator Suzanne O’Neil: With guided meditation, dreamy music, and delicious snacks, we will spend time in luxurious card-making during this mini-retreat. Come play, explore, and relax in a safe space with like-hearted souls and learn more about Council,  Committee, Community, and Companion cards.

Click Here for Secure Registration and Payment (Onsite space is limited to 20):  $35/per person; includes Mat boards, scissors, glue, images, snack, tea, water. You are welcome to bring images if you have any you would like to use (this is optional).

Please Note: Facilitation a hybrid workshop is challenging when it comes to Art – thus we are planning a Virtual SoulCollage Workshop following this one!

More about SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is an easy, enjoyable, intuitive collage process for self-discovery and community. People make their own decks of collaged cards for their personal use from found images.

The SoulCollage® method helps people discover their unique inner/outer guides and challengers, and access their own wisdom to answer their life questions. SoulCollage® is a method used in many contexts and applications.

We who are attracted to SoulCollage® are evolving. We’re creative, self-reflective, and eager to discover and balance the many parts of ourselves. We each want to be able to be the best version of ourselves we can be and contribute our gifts to others.

We are challenged, we struggle, but we always return to our basic willingness to look at what is so, to listen and to change. From that ever-evolving, empowered place of wholeness, we cannot help but contribute to and affect our worlds—our friends and families, our communities, and our fields of interest.

SoulCollage® cards are made with the simplest of tools – magazine images, scissors, mat boards, and a glue stick (all provided).

Interested in SoulCollage online – we will schedule a Virtual SoulCollage to follow this gathering!!
