Our Church Words series continues with the church word of church words: SALVATION.
Most people think the Bible teaches that those who lead good lives go to heaven and those who lead bad lives go to hell when they die. In other words, salvation = going to heaven. As usually happens when we look at what the Bible ACTUALLY has to say, however, we walk away with a different understanding of what the salvation that Jesus offers is all about.
